Information about our secure payment system and how your data is protected. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Troy and other cards supported by banks.
  • Bank transfer: you may pay by bank transfer on request.
  • Halkbank 3D Secure payment: all card payments are processed through Halkbank's virtual POS infrastructure.

2. Security protocols

  • SSL/TLS: all traffic on our website is encrypted.
  • PCI-DSS: card payments are processed by the bank in line with international payment security standards.
  • 3D Secure: every card payment is verified with 3D Secure, typically with a one-time code sent to your phone.

3. Payment and privacy

  • Your card details are entered only on the bank's page and are never stored or processed by us, nor shared with third parties.
  • Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice.

4. Refunds for cancellations and returns

  • For cancelled or returned orders, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks.

5. Fraud prevention

  • All payments are protected against fraud.
  • If a suspicious transaction is detected, your order may be put on hold and we may contact you to verify it.
