Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is drawn up in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. This is an English courtesy translation; the Turkish version is legally binding.

1. Parties

Buyer

The name, address, phone number and email address declared by the buyer on the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer on kilometrehacker.com, with the characteristics and price stated in the order summary.

3. Product information

The product name, quantity, total price (VAT included) and payment method (credit/debit card with 3D Secure) are as shown in the order summary.

4. Delivery

• The product is delivered to the address and person specified by the Buyer on the order.
• Delivery takes place within 14 business days of order confirmation.
• Unless stated otherwise, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

5. Right of withdrawal

• The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
• The product must be returned complete, together with its invoice and return form.
• Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

6. Exceptions to withdrawal

• Products prepared according to the Buyer's specific requests.
• Software and digital content whose use or download has started.

7. General provisions

• The Buyer confirms having read the preliminary information on the essential features, price and payment method of the product and having given electronic confirmation.
• The Seller is obliged to deliver the product complete and in accordance with the stated specifications.

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent for disputes arising from this agreement.

9. Entry into force

This agreement enters into force on the date it is confirmed electronically by the Buyer.
