Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by our company as the data controller, as described below. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

• Identity: first and last name, Turkish ID number (optional, for invoicing).
• Contact: email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
• Customer transactions: order and invoice details (company name, tax office, tax number), order notes, contact form messages.
• Transaction security: IP address, logs and timestamps.
• Finance: payment result and the masked card number returned by the bank. Card number, expiry date and security code are never processed or stored on our site; they are entered directly on the bank's 3D Secure page.

• Taking orders, collecting payment, invoicing and delivery,
• Concluding and performing the distance sales agreement, handling returns and withdrawals,
• Answering contact form and support requests,
• Information security and fraud prevention,
• Complying with legal obligations (tax, commercial and consumer law).

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds of the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with the contracted bank for payments, with courier companies for delivery, with accounting and e-invoice service providers and, when required, with competent public authorities. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Collection method

Personal data is collected electronically and automatically through the order and contact forms on our website.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction, deletion or destruction, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to results arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
