3. User obligations

  • Not perform any action that could harm the website (spreading malware, hacking attempts, etc.).

  • Dealer panel users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
  • Account credentials must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
  • Users are responsible for all actions performed with their account.

6. Fees and payment

  • Prices are shown to the user at the time of payment.
  • Card payments are processed through Halkbank's virtual POS infrastructure with 3D Secure.
  • Refunds are made in accordance with our cancellation and return policy.

7. Data protection

  • User data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Notice.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The company is not liable for interruptions, errors or data loss caused by technical failures beyond its control.
  • Test results depend on the data stored in the vehicle's control units.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Ankara courts and enforcement offices are competent for disputes, without prejudice to consumer rights.
